Up to $10,000 | Reward for locating homicide suspect

Sun Youth is offering a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who leads to the conviction of the second suspect sought in connection with the 7e murder that occurred in Montreal in 2022.

On April 16, Steven Marques, a man in his forties, was shot in Little Italy, at the intersection of rue Jean-Talon and boulevard Saint-Laurent.

Two suspects were involved in the murder. One of them, Marcus Barthelus, was arrested on May 12.

Investigators from the Major Crimes Section of the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) are still looking for the second suspect.

Footage of the suspect was captured by surveillance cameras.

He is a man with white skin and a slim build. He has dark, short hair. During the homicide, he was dressed in dark pants and a plaid shirt with a black hood.
