The controversy is swelling in Australia. While the Serbian player claims “to be sorry” for his opponent, the Serbian president accuses his Australian counterpart of mistreating the player and assures Novak Djokovic that “all of Serbia is with him”. The tennis player has filed an appeal and is awaiting a decision. Until then, he remains confined to his hotel.
