At night, muscles and joints cool down, blood circulation slows down. When we wake up we are therefore more sensitive to our body.
It is therefore important to unlock yourself in bed before getting up. Turn your head to one side then the other, move your arms and legs… Between 2 minutes (for those in a hurry) and 5 minutes.
Don’t jump out of bed right after you wake up. Take a few minutes before sitting down and getting up. This will send a message to the brain: watch out, the body will start moving!
