Ukraine: Russian strikes on the cities of Dnipro and Lutsk according to the authorities

Kyiv | Airstrikes targeted civilian areas on Friday, killing one person in Dnipro, central Ukraine, a city spared so far by Russian forces, according to Ukrainian emergency services.
