Russian President “Vladimir Putin is responsible for these heinous war crimes,” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Sunday in Kyiv, after visiting the nearby town of Irpin where Ukraine accuses Russia of a massacre of civilians.

“It is clear that Vladimir Putin is responsible for these heinous war crimes,” Trudeau said at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “He will have to be accountable.”
