Ukraine calls on Russia to withdraw its soldiers from the border and to dialogue

(Kiev) Ukraine on Sunday called on Russia to withdraw its troops massed along the border between the two countries and to continue dialogue with Westerners if it “seriously” wants a de-escalation of tensions.

“Russia must continue its diplomatic engagement and withdraw its massed forces along Ukrainian borders,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Twitter.
