Two young women attacked with ammonia in Sète

Two young women in their twenties were attacked with ammonia in the night from Saturday to Sunday in the district of the island of Thau, in Sète.

As they walked, around 3 amthe two young people were stopped by a group of five people in a car. They threw ammonia on their bodies and faces before fleeing.

First believing in acid, the two women went to the hospital where they carried out some examinations. They are not hurt. They are currently heard at the Sète police station to understand the exact origin of the facts and find the attackers.

The Ile de Thau district is a place known for drug trafficking. According to the police, it could be controls on the part of dealers to keep control of their territory.
