A police operation is underway when two people were injured by bullets Friday evening on rue de Lyon in Longueuil, indicates the Police Department of the Longueuil agglomeration.
The victims were taken to hospital, and the nature of their injuries are still unknown, authorities said. No arrests have yet been reported.
A security perimeter has been established, and the investigation is still ongoing.
