Élodie and her aunt were attacked during the Bayonne festivities, on the night of Saturday 13 to Sunday 14 July. They both filed a complaint.
In Bayonne (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), Élodie Lasseguette returned to the scene of the very violent attack she suffered with her aunt, on the night of Saturday 13 to Sunday 14 July. They intervened, seeing that a man was being beaten blows and were attacked in turn.”I was unconscious on the ground for about fifteen minutes. That’s really hitting to hurt.”testifies Élodie Lasseguette.
The surveillance cameras may tell us more. Elodie’s aunt also testifies, but not on camera. She was violently thrown to the ground by the same attackers. “I saw my niece get put on the ground too. She was on the ground and she wouldn’t wake up.”says Elodie’s aunt. Twelve days of total incapacity for work (ITT) were declared for Elodie’s aunt and one for herself. They both filed a complaint.
