two Vieillevigne farms affected, new security measures

Avian flu continues to wreak havoc. New cases have just been detected in two duck and chicken farms in Vieillevigne (Loire-Atlantique), in the Nantes vineyards. The prefecture therefore puts the two establishments under surveillance.

A security perimeter

From this Sunday, February 27, also prohibited in Vieillevigne and within a radius of 10 kilometers around to take out their poultry and domestic birds or in captivity. They must remain confined until further notice. The measure concerns a total of 11 municipalities in Loire-Atlantique, here is the list:
