Two suspects arrested for shooting at a residence in Laval

Two suspects were arrested in connection with a shooting at a residence in the Sainte-Dorothée district of Laval on Friday around midnight. No one was injured during the event.




Bonyad Gulam Ali and Adam Hamouchi, two 18-year-old residents of Laval, allegedly fired a shot at a residence on rue des Nénuphars, in the Sainte-Dorothée residential district of Laval.

The young men then fled in a vehicle, according to a Sûreté du Québec press release. Officers from the Laval Police Department quickly located and arrested the two suspects.

The police seized a firearm from the young men’s vehicle.

The two suspects appeared by videoconference at the Laval courthouse on Saturday afternoon and remained detained.
