Two octogenarians were rescued by the neighborhood this Friday, October 21, 2022 around 9:00 p.m. in Poët-Laval. As they were about to throw out their garbage, an explosion occurred in the back of their car. Alerted by the power of the detonation, it was the neighbors who came to the aid of the 86-year-old driver and his 81-year-old passenger. On the spot, the firefighters discover in the back of the vehicle, a bottle of gas, probably at the origin of the explosion according to the first observations. Fortunately more fear than harm, the two victims escaped with a few burns. In a state of shock, they were taken to Montélimar hospital.
