(Laval) A man and a woman aged over 80 were found dead this Friday afternoon at their home in the Sainte-Dorothée district of Laval.
The Laval Police Service (SPL) received a call from a relative of the family who was worried about not having any news.
Once there, the police made the macabre discovery of the two lifeless bodies in their home on rue de Maisonneuve.
Personal crimes investigators and forensic identification service technicians are on the scene to establish the causes of the tragedy.
According to SPL lieutenant Geneviève Major, the autopsy of the bodies should take place over the weekend. The cause of death of the two octogenarians is currently unclear.
