Two municipal police officers are in police custody, France Bleu Berry reported on Wednesday April 17, two days after a 22-year-old young man was seriously injured during a refusal to comply in Bourges (Cher). According to initial information, two young men were riding on the damaged scooter. It had no license plate and both the driver and the passenger were not wearing helmets, according to the authorities, which led to a check by municipal police. The young man refused to stop. The investigation is continuing, in order to determine the exact circumstances of the accident, and in particular the use or not of tear gas by municipal police officers.
