At least that’s what The Athletic site said on Tuesday. Goligoski joined the club from Saint Paul last summer on a one-year, $5 million deal.
A native of Minnesota himself, the left-hander has had an excellent season so far with two goals and 28 points in 58 games. He also shows an excellent differential of +34, the best of his career. However, he has only collected three assists in his last 25 outings.
In his career, Goligoski has 85 goals and 457 points in 982 games with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Dallas Stars, Arizona Coyotes and Wild.
