Miami has been in mourning since the death of businessman JR Ridinger. A millionaire and friend to the stars, the 63-year-old co-founded Market America, a multi-million dollar marketing company, with his wife Loren. He died of a pulmonary embolism aboard his yacht off Croatia in early September. To pay homage to his life and his work, those who loved him came in large numbers from the four corners of the United States to join the Faena Forum, where a moving evening took place last Saturday.
The Bennifers are out… at a very special funeral
We met Kim Kardashian (beautiful in a semi-transparent black Balenciaga dress with her blonde hair tied in an elegant bun), Jennifer Lopez very low-cut on the arm of her brand new husband Ben Affleck, in a suit for the occasion. It’s one of the couple’s first official outings since they tied the knot in Riceboro, Georgia on August 20 at the actor’s property.
Saturday night also saw Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx and Ja Rule who were also in Miami Beach, Fla., to attend a celebration of the business mogul’s life.

The CEO of Market America and eminent figure on the Miami social scene was treated to beautiful statements and beautiful performances from artists on October 8. On the program, Jennifer Lopez, Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx and Ja Rule paid their respects to Ridinger, as well as Swizz Beatz, DJ Khaled, Fat Joe and Rohan Marley who were also present at the memorial.

The following day, Jennifer Lopez, 53, shared photos on Instagram from the event and expressed her condolences to Ridinger’s wife, Loren. After JR Ridinger’s unexpected death, many famous friends honored him on social media including Serena Williams, David Beckham, Ashanti.
