Recipes to savor in all sobriety.

Coldbrew and tonic

Delicious with grapefruit syrup, but you can also make it with ginger, pumpkin spice, hazelnut and even lime syrup!

Ingredients

3 oz (90 ml) cold brew coffee

¼ oz (8 ml) grapefruit syrup

5 oz (150 ml) tonic

Grapefruit slice (to garnish)

Preparation

In a glass filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients (except the tonic).

Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Lengthen with tonic.

Decorate with a slice of grapefruit.

Spritz to beer (non-alcoholic)

A future classic than this new kind of spritz, the non-alcoholic beer being naturally lighter and less loaded with malt taste.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic orange aperitivo

1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic wheat beer

1 oz (30ml) sparkling water

Orange slice (to garnish)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice cubes.

Decorate with a slice of orange.
