In a press release this Tuesday, August 2, 2022, the public prosecutor of Le Mans (Sarthe) Delphine Dewailly indicates that two Manceaux, aged 44 and 38, were indicted and imprisoned after the murder of a 35-year-old man. , on the night of July 24 to 25. These two men were at the victim’s place, place de Brest in Le Mans, in the L’Epine district, when an argument broke out. According to the first elements of the investigation, one of them punctured his lung with a sharp object. The 35-year-old died in hospital from his injuries.
Following the investigations, the two men, friends of the victim, were arrested and placed in police custody, before being referred on July 31. The first is indicted for murder. The second for failure to provide assistance and modification of the crime scene. They have already been imprisoned before for other acts.
