Two films palmed in Cannes will be shown in Quebec

Quebec moviegoers will be able to see the tragicomedy at the cinema Triangle of Sadness which has just won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.

The distributor Entract Films will also present the film broker by Hirokazu Kore-Eda, including actor Song Kang-ho (Parasite) won the Best Actor Award, as well as the documentary on David Bowie by Brett Morgen, Moonage Daydreamscreened out of competition at Cannes.

Triangle of Sadness addresses the theme of ethical dilemmas through a couple of influential models. The film earned Swedish director Ruben Östlund his second Palme d’or after that obtained for the film The Square in 2017.
