Two favorite wines proposed by Charlotte Dominique in harmony with the Bordeaux entrecôte

Two choices to accompany this traditional dish in Bordeaux: Château Gros Moulin in Bourg, located on a hillside offering an ideal exposure, in the heart of a wine region whose reputation continues to grow, the Eymas family offers wines of very high quality. Charlotte Dominique opts for Per Vitem Ad Vitam, AOC Bourg, 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 20% Malbec. 14 euros a bottle. Another wine: Château Belles Graves, in Néac, a Lalande de Pomerol. This great wine is produced by the estate’s old vines (average age 40 years), with a blend of 88% Merlot grapes and 12% Cabernet Franc grapes. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The bottle is 23 euros 50 for the 2016 vintage, a perfect balance between power and finesse.

Charlotte routes are a big part of Charlotte! In 2009, it was the creation of the wine tourism guide that enabled many wine tourists to see the vines differently, thanks to the originality of the thematic itineraries. The last edition dates back to 2015. Since then, Charlotte has been sharing her adventures, her good plans and her good humor on her blog Les routes de Charlotte and on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). In 2016, she joined the team of Toutlevin.com, of which she is the editor-in-chief, a playful and uninhibited media, which simplifies the world of wine for the general public. Charlotte also provides business development.
