Two Canadians on Barack Obama’s list of favorite books of 2022

Former US President Barack Obama included works by Kate Beaton and Emily St. John Mandel, two Canadian authors, on his list of favorite books of the year.


His annual popular culture roundup includes the autobiographical comic strip of Mme beaton Ducks: Two Years in the Oil Sands published by Drawn & Quarterly, a Montreal publishing house.
