A man suspected of having stabbed two brothers this Wednesday afternoon in Épinal (Vosges) in a residential area near the Congress Center is in custody this Thursday morning. Information confirmed by the city police.
According to our information, everything would have started from an altercation after a fire started in the housing of the respondent. The victims who live in the same building are hospitalized this morning in serious condition.
