Two arrests took place in Fréjus (Var) on the evening of Thursday, November 4 after several hours of urban violence, France Télévisions learned from a police source. At around 10:30 p.m., in the Gabelle district, a mini-excavator was set on fire by about twenty people who were trying to set fire to a video surveillance mast. In the clash between the police and the troublemakers, a police officer was injured in the eye, according to the same source.
