TV rights officially awarded to DAZN and beIN Sports for the next five seasons

The Professional Football League announced on Thursday that it had reached an agreement with these two broadcasters for the period 2024-2029.

The end of the summer soap opera. The Professional Football League (LFP) confirmed on Thursday, August 1, that it had reached agreements with the British platform DAZN and the Qatari channel beIN Sports for the broadcasting rights of Ligue 1 for the period 2024-2029, putting an end to an interminable wait for their allocation.

“Starting on August 16 and for the next five seasons, DAZN will broadcast eight Ligue 1 McDonald’s matches, live and exclusively, on each matchday, as well as the Champions Trophy and the play-off matches. For its part, beIN SPORTS will offer live and exclusive coverage of one match on each matchday of the championship.”has wrote the body in a press release.
