On an amateur video, we can see at the end of the commercial artery a ball of fire caused by the explosion of very high power. Istiklal Street was devastated moments after the detonation. First responders tried to help the injured before ambulances arrived. Large police forces immediately cordoned off the area guarded by several helicopters.
