“We are coming out of a pandemic where we collectively faced a huge challenge also of a completely different nature. We know that when we stick together as Quebecers, as a society, we are able to meet challenges so we have a new one waiting for us on Monday,” said the minister during a press scrum on the tunnel site. .

Ms. Guilbault, in post for a week, visited the site for the first time this morning to take pictures and to answer questions from journalists, while concern is mounting about the start of major obstructions on October 31.
