Evgeni Malkin scored two goals and added two assists as the Pittsburgh Penguins came from behind to defeat the Vancouver Canucks 5-4 on Tuesday night.

Dustin Tokarski replaced Casey DeSmith at 7:05 of the first period in front of the Penguins goal. He made 18 saves en route to his first victory since playing with the Buffalo Sabers in April.

Conor Garland, Brock Boeser and Quinn Hughes chased DeSmith out of the game by scoring at 2:19 in the first period.

Travis Dermott cut the Penguins’ lead to 5-4 with 7:08 to play, but the Canucks failed to get the tying goal.
