Jakub Vrana had two goals as the Detroit Red Wings defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-3 on Tuesday.

Vrana broke the tie 3-3 at 5:09 in the third period. The result of a breakaway, after he took the disc away from Mikhail Sergachev.

Aleksander Barkov scored a hat trick as the Florida Panthers won 3-2 in overtime against the New York Islanders on Tuesday, winning an 11and consecutive match.

Barkov scored a third career hat-trick for the Panthers, who will host Detroit on Thursday.
