Peio Abeberry and Oscar Limiñana have just opened their “txoko” at the halles de Pau. They see themselves as ambassadors of the Basque Country, and partner with prestigious Basque houses to offer quality snacks. From the cocoa juice of the Txocola house to their personal revisit of the tarta de queso, passing by the black pork of the Basque south, Ttiap takes us into its San Sebastian tapas bar atmosphere from the first bite.
A future venue
