TRUE OR FALSE. Did Israeli doctors call for bombing Gaza hospitals?

On Twitter, a user protests: “When there are no limits to inhumanity: 100 Israeli doctors sign an open letter calling for the bombing of Al-Shifa hospital, the largest in Gaza.“Is this true? For several days, a letter written in Hebrew has been circulating on social networks. “We are not ashamed”

Several Israeli mainstream media reported on this letter. Nine of its signatories can be found on the Internet. This forum does exist. But who are the signatories of this text? These are gynecologists, pediatricians and even family doctors. When contacted, none responded to requests from the “true or false” cell.

The teams were able to identify certain profiles, which are Jewish extremists, such as a gynecologist doctor, Dr. Hannah Katan. “We are not ready for the army to take a position in which it would endanger the soldiers, in order to protect the terrorists who use the hospital as a weapon to prepare for a conflict (…) We are not ashamed, this is not a hospital that treats patients, it is a Hamas hospital“, she says in a video.
