Trio of funky-psychedelic-70’s-western-rock goulash, napalm sauce, with its sweet treats: Napalmito

It is formed around Tim and Bastien in 2019. Since the long hours of perm ‘at high school, they have already experienced varied musical adventures when they decide to form THE group: it must be fun, fair and fiery!

After the departure of Dan, bassist with whom they composed their first songs, they fall on the rare pearl: the affable Cyprien completes the guitar / bass / drums trio.

The three friends take advantage of varying tastes to say the least! 60’s rock, hip-hop, punk, death metal … They happily dig into the ingredients to concoct their own recipe: a “spaghetti” rock spiced sometimes with funk, psychedelic or folk, where everyone sings according to the songs. This unison is also reflected in the texts, often treating themes such as brotherhood or nostalgia with lightness.

They attract attention with their song Bloody Maggie, a dark-folk ballad with Enno-Morricon influence. The group are releasing several 100% homemade singles (the aptly named Best Of) in 2020, including Illuminato, an epic sardonic track tinged with groove and desert dust.

Napalmito, complete!

In the spring of 2021, they shut themselves up for 3 days in a wooden hut at the bottom of the Vosges with 11 pieces under their elbow. In the old-fashioned way, in a few takes and between two games of pétanque, they put “Gringos From Outer Space” in a box.

Led by the first single “Dopamine”, a supercharged pop-punk tornado, this first album is a condensed version of Napalmito: western epics rub shoulders with dreamy psychedelia and even sailors’ songs!
