Children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Prince Philip gathered at Westminster Abbey for a tribute ceremony. After a funeral in a select committee in Windsor a year ago, the Duke of Edinburgh was finally entitled to honors on March 29, 2022. An event at which several of his youngest heirs made remarkable appearances.
It wasn’t just Prince George and Princess Charlotte at Westminster on Tuesday afternoon! The children of Prince William and Kate Middleton have indeed found several of their cousins on the spot, starting with Mia Tindal, the eldest daughter of Zara and Mike Tindall. The Cambridges and the Tindalls being close, it was with a broad smile and a playful hello that the adorable Mia (8 years old) welcomed – from afar – George and Charlotte. On the other hand, his little sister Lena (3 years old), his brother Lucas (1 year old) and his cousin Prince Louis (3 years old), the youngest of Kate Middleton and William, were missing.
Two other little blond heads were present: Savannah and Isla (11 and 10 years old), the daughters of Peter Phillips and his ex-wife Autumn Kelly (from whom he has been separated for two years). This day was decidedly special for Isla, who celebrated her 10th birthday on March 29!
