The judge heard Major-General Dany Fortin’s version on Tuesday, on the second day of his sexual assault trial.

In his testimony, Major General Fortin tried to prove his innocence in this case of sexual assault which dates back to 1988 when he was a student officer at the Military College of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
The man, known to have been at the head of the logistics of the vaccination campaign against COVID-19 in the country, thus denied in block the accusations against him.
According to the alleged victim, who testified on Monday, the latter would have entered her room in the dormitories of the college and would have taken her hand while she slept and then masturbated.
