“A little girl” 7 year old was hospitalized “in serious condition on October 2, 2023” in a university hospital in the south-east of France, after “the use of insecticides intended for the treatment of parasites in cattle”specifies the organization.

“In the event of lice infection, it is recommended to use appropriate treatments, particularly depending on the age of the child, by seeking advice from health professionals such as their pharmacist or doctor”also reminds ANSES on its website.
