Quebec singer-songwriter Travis Cormier landed the lead role in the musical Bat out of Hellpresented for 52 weeks on the Las Vegas Strip.

Bat out of Hell is based on the albums of hard rock singer Meat Loaf and composer Jim Steinman. The latter also wrote the musical.
Travis Cormier will play Strat, the leader of a rock band, who falls in love with Raven, the daughter of the tyrant Falco, in a post-apocalyptic Manhattan.
“I’m very excited and it’s a real honor to be a part of this show and to honor the great music of Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman. I look forward to taking on this new challenge,” said Travis Cormier in a press release announcing this next step in his career.
