Amaëlle, more commonly called Karamelle on the networks and by her friends, is currently an apprentice sommelier at the Table de Montaigne, at the Palais Gallien in Bordeaux. Amaëlle settled down in 2018 in Bordeaux, but it was only from 2020 that her passion for wine was declared. Before, she was a child of Bilbao, Madrid, Naples, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria… In short, a bit of a free spirit who goes along with linguistic, cultural and culinary discoveries!
