This week, the European Commission gave a positive opinion to negotiations for the accession of Ukraine, but also to Moldova. Georgia is not far behind, and if we add the Western Balkan countries which are also waiting and want to enter, Europe will no longer be at 27 but at 35. Will this EU of 35 be manageable?
