As in Corsica or Brittany, ecological transport is emerging to spend holidays without thinking about its carbon footprint. On the 13 Hours set, Thursday May 19, journalist Valérie Heurtel presents them.
Traveling ecologically for a modest sum and having the chance to do it on a sailboat, tempting, isn’t it? It is now possible, in some places, sailboats offer to take you from one point to another. It is certainly necessary to take his evil in patience since in Corsica the crossing lasts two days and one night. Tourists will now be able to reach the continent from Toulon (Var) to reach Calvi (Haute-Corse). 600 places are already on sale for a nice getaway, as expensive as a ferry crossing.
If the sea crossings attract, these are not the only experiences that holidaymakers appreciate. To cycling on the theme of Breton nature with the Velodysseyor on an application like Greeter where it is the inhabitants who show their towns; initiatives abound and there is something for everyone. France has no less than 20,000 km of cycle paths which combine ecology and adventure.
