Live from the fully equipped kitchen truck, François-Xavier Sailly will make a meal (starter-main course-dessert) for 6 people with a budget of 30 euroswith the products he will have bought on the market the same morning.
From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., follow the chef in his choice of products from local producers.
