France Bleu Besançon gives you an appointment live with Philippe FEUVRIER the chef of the Auberge de la Roche in Morteau.
His mission: to make a meal (starter-main course-dessert) for 6 people with a budget of 30 euros, with the products he will have bought on the market the same morning.
From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., follow the chef in his choice of products from local producers.
Then from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., place in the kitchen! The chef will prepare a meal live of the food truck fully equipped for the occasion.
From 11 a.m., place for tasting! It’s your turn to taste and of give your comments on the ingredients, the way of making, at the microphone of France Bleu Besançon.
