The Dutch Marianne Vos won the 2nd stage in the sprint on Monday in Provins in Seine-et-Marne ahead of the Italian Silvia Persico and the Polish Katarzyna Niewiadoma. The triple world champion donned the yellow jersey. After Belgian Alana Castrique retired on Sunday, it was one of the favorites Marta Cavalli who left the Women’s Tour on Monday after a heavy fall a few kilometers before the finish.
