Toulousain Anthony Perez wins the prize for fighting spirit on the 4th stage

What a breakaway from the Toulouse rider Anthony Pérez on the Tour de France this Tuesday! The Toulousain did most of the race in the lead on this 4th stage between Dunkirk and Calais.

Anthony Pérez, member of the Cofidis team, was picked up 11.5 km from the finish by the formation of the yellow jersey Wout van Aert winner of the stage.

Fighter of the day

The Toulouse rider had an instruction: show the jersey of the Cofidis team based in the North in Villeneuve d’Ascq. He was driving at home today: “Making breakaways, I love that. I expected a few more riders, but I wanted to be in front, I took advantage of it and the public from the North was great with me!”

Anthony Perez win the fighting spirit award ! The Belgian rider Wout van Aert won the stage and therefore consolidates his yellow jersey.

This Wednesday 5th stage between Lille and Arenberg with the cobblestones of Paris Roubaix.
