Tottenham players to reimburse fans themselves after Newcastle debacle

Some players, including Hugo Lloris, had already apologized to supporters after Tottenham’s rout against Newcastle (6-1) on Sunday April 23, but Spurs decided to go further. In Newcastle, the Spurs sank, being led 5-0 from the 21st minute. The London club has been going through a crisis since the departure of its coach Antonio Conte at the end of March.
