(Toronto) Colton Herta took pole for the Honda Indy in Toronto, IRL.

Herta won in 59.2698 seconds in qualifying on Saturday.

Torontonian Devlin DeFrancesco, an IndyCar rookie, finished 12e, in 1:14.8882. He was penalized in the second session.

The race did not take place in 2020 and 2021, due to the pandemic.
