For the residents of Saint-Lambert-des-Bois (Yvelines), these noise-canceling radars are a relief. If they are installed, it is also because the noise has consequences on health. “It can be cardiovascular disease and disturbances of the metabolic system”, explains Fanny Mietlicki, director of the Bruitparif association. The anti-noise radar should be approved within a few months, the fines will be 135 euros and the device should be extended to several cities.
