Very few laughs, no doubt, in this Monday, February 27 episode of “House for sale” with Stephane Plaza. Indeed, the most famous real estate agent in France, known for his talents in house and apartment sales and his legendary blunders, will be very serious for this new issue. Since he, and his sidekick Sophie Ferjani, will face an unprecedented situation for him, which seems to have deeply affected him as evidenced by the trailer broadcast by M6.
Stéphane Plaza will have to take care of the good of Christopher, 18, and his sister Maëva, 13. Despite their young age, the brother and sister live alone after the death of their parents… Their dad and their mom having lost their lives the same year, a few months apart… Their grandmother took care of them but the family left the apartment in which they lived with their parents in Argenteuil, in the Val-d’Oise. After discussing with their notary, the latter advised them to put the family apartment up for sale.

Strong emotions for Stéphane Plaza and Sophie Ferjani
The good indeed representing too much expense for Christopher who must manage the situation alone. Only downside, abandoned for a while, the apartment needs a huge refresh, even major work, to be advertised. Isabelle, social worker for the brother and his sister, then decided to contact Stéphane Plaza to come and help them.
“This is the first time that a social worker has called me urgently to come and help you”explains Stéphane Plaza in the trailer for the episode broadcast this Monday, February 27 on M6, before continuing: “And I said yes because it is still a rather exceptional case”. Once the mission has been accepted, the real estate agent discovers the situation of Christopher and Maëva and seems particularly touched. For her part, Sophie Ferjani teased the moment filled with emotion which is being prepared on her Instagram account. “Tonight a somewhat special show. Lots of support and love for Maeva and Christopher”, announced the decorator. Viewers are going to have to get their tissues ready.
