Tomer Sisley fans are in heaven. Indeed, the actor returns to take on the role of the most famous medical examiner, Balthazarfor a fifth and final season broadcast on TF1. But the producers also announced a nice surprise. For this last season, a person well known to viewers of Drag Rance France will have an important place in the episodes: Hugo Bardin. If this name means nothing to you, maybe his stage name will speak to you a little more. Indeed, it is Paloma, winner of the 2022 edition of the program.
In Balthazar, this one will play a friend of Tomer Sisley whose main mission will be to baby-sit with Alice when her father is not there. If we will have to wait a few more hours before knowing if Hugo Bardin provides as much as an actor as in drag, Tomer Sisley, he said he was happy to be able to play alongside him. “Drag practice is an art in its own right, very complete. Except that it is not very well represented on our channels”he confided to our colleagues from Cine TV Review.
“That’s how close we are!”
Subsequently, the companion of Sandra Zeitoun, with whom he was separated a few years ago, explains that it was the latter who made him discover “the middle” before “get in little by little” of himself. “I found it extraordinary! Not only is it interesting, but also very original. It has its place in Balthazar, because we are lucky to have a rather open-minded hero”he explains before specifying: “As we are broadcast on the first channel in Europe, I wanted to put this minority in the spotlight”.
Apparently, the atmosphere was rather good on the set and the relationship between Paloma and Tomer Sisley was in good shape. Proof of this is with the crazy revelation of the actor in the rest of his interview: “Let’s say that since I’m not 5 years old, he’s the only other male human who has put his hands on my testicles. That’s how close we are!”. “There is not a single other man on this planet who has touched my balls, and it was not for a sexual act! It was for what is called ‘tucking’ which is a technique for which you have to pass when you want to be a drag queen. Basically, it’s to hide, what you have to hide, and since I couldn’t do it, he showed me how to do it”he finally concluded to explain the nature of this “touching”.
