He thus surpasses former New Orleans Saints pivot Drew Brees for the all-time first at this level. This means that he will accentuate his record for each pass he completes by the end of his career.

The 44-year-old accomplished the feat with a 20-yard pass to wide receiver Mike Evans in the closing moments of the first half between his team and the Buffalo Bills. A few games later, Brady increased the Buccaneers’ lead himself, thanks to a quarterback sneak.

It was Brady’s last pass of the game, however, that turned out to be the most important. In a situation of third down and three yards to go, in overtime, the pivot of the Florida formation joined forces with those of the receiver Breshad Perriman to cross the 58 yards separating them from the end zone and put an end to the debate. The Buccaneers won 33-27.

Brady also had another strong performance, completing 31 of 46 surrenders he attempted for 363 yards. He also had two touchdown passes, in addition to registering his on the ground. His running back Leonard Fournette helped him a lot, carrying the ball 19 times, crossing 113 yards in addition to adding six points to the table for his team.

The Bills still sold their skin dearly, they who scored 17 points in the fourth quarter to force the holding of overtime. Their quarterback Josh Allen was all the time, completing two-thirds of his 54 stints for 308 yards. He threw two touchdown passes against an interception. He also carried the ball 12 times for 109 yards in addition to crossing the opponent’s end zone.
