Today’s weather: cloudy conditions in southern and central Quebec

The beautiful sun of the last few days will not be present on Tuesday, when the weather will be generally cloudy in southern and central Quebec with temperatures above normal for the season.

Cloudy conditions will indeed be in effect in several sectors in the south of the province ranging from Pontiac to Estrie, via Montreal, the Laurentians and Montérégie, where the mercury will approach 20 degrees.

In Quebec and in the northern sectors, an alternation of sun and clouds is expected, while showers should fall in the early evening in Mauricie, all under comfortable temperatures of 17 degrees.

In the eastern part of the province, Environment Canada is predicting generally sunny weather, with however a slightly lower mercury, particularly in certain areas of Bas-Saint-Laurent and Côte-Nord.

In addition, a weak disturbance will generate rainy conditions overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday in the southern and central sectors of the province, according to forecasts from the federal agency.
