The mercury should rise slightly on Tuesday with a beautiful sun and sometimes clouds playing yoyo, especially in areas of southern Quebec.
Environment Canada predicts a Humidex effect with values of 29 in Montreal, the Laurentians and Montérégie.
On the other hand, the day will be generally sunny in the western and central sectors of the province, while temperatures of 24 degrees are expected in Gatineau and Quebec.
The sun will also be omnipresent in the sectors a little further north, in particular in Saguenay, La Tuque and Charlevoix, according to the federal agency.
The same meteorological scenario is expected in eastern Quebec with nevertheless falling temperatures in Gaspésie and on the North Shore.
Temperatures are expected to rise even more on Wednesday when “full sun” is expected almost everywhere in Quebec, according to forecasts from the federal agency.
